Im just completing my first quilt!!!! God I have been bitten hard...already have three more planned.....what did I do with myself before I quilted???

Quilter's Back Pain
Can anyone help me with the really bad back pain I get on one side of my body (Left) after a couple of hours at the machine. I've tried changing the chairs over and having frequent breaks - all to no avail. Pls help as Im a new quilter and mad to get going every day I have off! - Jilly
